Amendment to Directive 2011/61/EU

Article 61

In Article 9 of Directive 2011/61/EU, paragraph 5 is replaced by the following: ‘5.   Irrespective of paragraph 3, the own funds of the AIFM shall never be less than the amount required under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council  ( *7 ) .
