Specific Relief Act 1950 s 40
On adjudging the cancellation of an instrument, the court may require the party to whom the relief is granted to make any compensation to the other which justice may require.
Kuasa untuk menghendaki pihak yang baginya surat cara dibatalkan supaya memberi pampasan
Dalam memutuskan pembatalan sesuatu surat cara, mahkamah boleh menghendaki pihak yang kepadanya relief diberi supaya memberi apa-apa pampasan kepada pihak yang satu lagi sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh keadilan.
