Any person who commits a nuisance or deposits any filth in or upon the bank of any stream, channel, public drain or other water-course within the local authority area shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or with both and to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence is continued after conviction.

Melakukan kacau ganggu dalam anak sungai, dsb.
Seseorang yang melakukan sesuatu kacau ganggu atau meletakkan apa-apa kekotoran dalam atau di atas tebing manamana anak sungai, saluran, parit awam atau lain-lain alur air dalam kawasan pihak berkuasa tempatan melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit atau dipenjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau keduaduanya dan didenda tambahan tidak melebihi lima ratus ringgit bagi setiap satu hari kesalahan itu diteruskan selepas sabitan.
