Town and Country Planning Act 1976 s 47

s 47 Authentication of documents

(1) Every plan, map, planning permission, order, permit, or notice prepared, issued, made, or served by the local planning authority under, by virtue, or for the purposes, of this Act shall be sealed with the seal of the local planning authority which shall be authenticated by the signature of the chairman or president of the local planning authority or of an authorized person. (2) A certificate by the local planning authority certifying that a document referred to in subsection (1) purporting to be prepared, issued, made, or served by the local planning authority was so prepared, issued, made, or served shall be conclusive evidence of the fact so certified.

(1) Tiap-tiap pelan, peta, kebenaran merancang, perintah, permit atau notis yang disediakan, dikeluarkan, dibuat, atau disampaikan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan di bawah, menurut, atau bagi maksud, Akta ini hendaklah dimeterai dengan meterai pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan yang hendaklah disahkan dengan tandatangan pengerusi atau yang dipertua pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan atau seseorang orang diberi kuasa. (2) Suatu perakuan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan yang memperakui bahawa suatu dokumen yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) yang berupa sebagai disediakan, dikeluarkan, dibuat, atau disampaikan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan itu telah disediakan, dikeluarkan, dibuat, atau disampaikan sedemikian hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad mengenai fakta yang diperakui sedemikian itu.
