s 64 Power to make beneficiary indemnify for breach of trust
(1) Where a trustee commits a breach of trust at the instigation or request or with the consent in writing of a beneficiary, the Court may, if it thinks fit, and notwithstanding that the beneficiary may be a married woman restrained from anticipation, make such order as to the Court seems just, for impounding all or any part of the interest of the beneficiary in the trust estate by way of indemnity to the trustee or persons claiming through him.
(2) This section applies to breaches of trust committed as well as before as after the commencement of this Act.

Kuasa menghendaki benefisiari menanggung rugi mengenai pecah amanah
(1) Jika seseorang pemegang amanah melakukan pecah amanah atas hasutan atau permintaan atau dengan persetujuan benefisiari secara bertulis, Mahkamah boleh jika difikirkannya patut, dan walaupun benefisiari itu seorang perempuan yang bersuami yang terhalang daripada mengurus harta, membuat apa-apa perintah sebagaimana difikirkan patut oleh Mahkamah, bagi mengimpaun kesemua atau mana-mana bahagian kepentingan benefisiari itu pada
harta amanah itu dengan cara menanggung rugi pemegang amanah atau orang-orang yang menuntut melaluinya.
(2) Seksyen ini terpakai bagi pecah amanah yang dilakukan sama ada sebelum atau pun selepas mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini.
