Any person guilty of an offence against this Act General Ior which no other penalty is specifically provided shall. penalty. on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both.
Seseorang yang melakukan sesuatu kesalahan Penalti am. terhadap Akta ini yang baginya tiada apa-apa penalti tertentu diperuntukkan, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit, atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun, atau keduaduanya.
