A Sessions Court or a Court of a First Class Jurisdiction Mis Atracoshilt ed vi piwthe focal juri odieion of such g ein Court and a Sessions Court may impose the full penalty Couistrate's provided by this Act, notwithstanding any other written law to the contrary.
Mahkamah Sesyen atau Mahkamah Majistret Bidang kuasa Kelas Satu hendaklah mempunyai kuasa Mahkamah membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan terhadap Akta ini Sesyen dan Mahkamah yang dilakukan di dalam bidang kuasa tempatan Majistret Mahkamah itu dan Mahkamah Sesyen boleh Kelas Satu. mengenakan penalti penuh yang diperuntukkan oleh Akta ini, walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang berlawanan.
