Maka hendaklah dikenakan ke atas jumlah amaun • Duti. yang didapati melalui tiap-tiap loteri yang dianjurkan [Gan. P.T.M. 57/56; oleh Lembaga di bawah seksyen 8 duti sekian Akia 65.] peratus daripada jumlah amaun tersebut sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Menteri Kewangan melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta; duti tersebut hendaklah kena dibayar oleh Lembaga ke dalam Kumpulan Wang Persekutuan Disatukan.
