s 23 Limitation of actions claiming personal estate of a deceased person
Subject to subsection 22(1) of this Act, no action in respect of any claim to the personal estate of a deceased person or to any share or interest in such estate, whether under a will or on intestacy, shall be brought after the expiration of twelve years from the date when the right to receive the share or interest accrued, and no action to recover arrears of interest in respect of any legacy, or damages in respect of such arrears, shall be brought after the expiration of six years from the date on which the interest became due.

Had masa tindakan bagi menuntut harta pusaka peribadi kepunyaan orang yang mati
Tertakluk kepada subseksyen 22 (1) Akta ini, tiada apa-apa tindakan berkenaan dengan apa-apa tuntutan terhadap harta pusaka peribadi kepunyaan orang yang mati atau terhadap apa-apa bahagian atau kepentingan di dalam harta pusaka tersebut, sama ada di bawah suatu wasiat atau tidak berwasiat, boleh dibawa selepas tamatnya tempoh dua belas tahun dari tarikh hak menerima bahagian atau kepentingan itu terakru, dan tiada apa-apa tindakan untuk mendapat bayaran tunggakan bunga berkenaan dengan apa-apa legasi, atau ganti rugi berkenaan dengan tunggakan tersebut, boleh dibawa selepas tamatnya tempoh enam tahun dari tarikh bunga itu kena dibayar.
