Limitation Act 1953 s 25
Where letters of administration to the estate of a creditor have been granted to his debtor, the running of the time prescribed for an action to recover the debt shall be suspended while the administration continues.
Pelanjutan tempoh had masa jika penghutang mentadbir harta pusaka pemiutangnya
Jika surat kuasa mentadbir bagi harta pusaka kepunyaan pemiutang telah diberikan kepada penghutangnya, perjalanan masa yang ditetapkan bagi suatu tindakan untuk mendapat kembali bayaran hutang itu adalah tergantung sementara pentadbiran itu diteruskan.
