s 13 Exclusion of certain under-tenants
Section 10 shall not apply to any under-tenant where the under tenancy has been created in breach of any covenant or agreement in writing between the landlord and his immediate tenant.

Seksyen 10 tidak terpakai kepada mana-mana penyewa kecil jika tenansi kecil itu telah diwujudkan dengan melanggar apa-apa waad atau perjanjian bertulis di antara tuan tanah dengan penyewa terdekatnya.
