Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 s 15
The Commissioner shall wherever practicable hear any person including the representative of Government department or statutory body who has made a request to be heard at the time of filing the objection or making representation and if necessary he may call for a local enquiry.
Penyiasatan dan pembicaraan berkenaan dengan draf pelan tempatan
Datuk Bandar hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang praktik mendengar mana-mana orang yang termasuk wakil jabatan Kerajaan atau badan berkanun yang telah membuat suatu permintaan untuk didengar semasa memfailkan bantahan atau membuat representasi dan jika hal keadaan memerlukan dia boleh mengadakan penyiasatan tempatan.
