s 38 Penalties for non-compliance with the preservation order

If any person, in contravention of a tree preservation order cuts down or wilfully destroys a tree or tops or lops the tree in such a manner as to be likely to destroy it, he is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit.

Penalti kerana tidak mematuhi perintah pemeliharaan

Jika mana-mana orang yang melanggar perintah pemeliharaan pokok memotong atau dengan sengaja membinasakan pokok atau memangkas atau mencantas pokok dengan apa jua cara yang mungkin membinasakannya, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit.
