Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 s 39
If a tree preservation order which requires replacement of a tree is not complied with, the Commissioner may proceed to replace the tree of such size and species as he may decide and the cost and expenses incurred thereby shall be paid by the person in default or the owner.
Penguatkuasaan kewajipan mengenai perintah pemeliharaan pokok
Jika sesuatu perintah pemeliharaan pokok yang menghendaki penggantian pokok atau pokok-pokok tidak dipatuhi, Datuk Bandar boleh terus menggantikan pokok atau pokok-pokok daripada apa-apa saiz dan jenis sebagaimana yang ditetapkan olehnya dan kos serta perbelanjaan yang ditanggung hendaklah dibayar oleh orang yang mungkir atau pemunya.
