Fisheries Act 1985 s 34
Where it is proved to the satisfaction of a court that any vessel, vehicle, article or thing seized under this Act was the subject matter of, or was used in the commission of, an offence under this Act, the court may order the forfeiture of such vessel, vehicle, article or thing notwithstanding that no person may have been found guilty of such offence.
Mahkamah boleh mengarahkan supaya dilucut hak vesel yang disita, dsb., dalam hal keadaan tertentu
Jika dibuktikan dengan memuaskan hati mahkamah bahawa apaapa vesel, kenderaan, barang atau benda yang disita di bawah Akta ini telah menjadi hal perkara, atau telah digunakan dalam melakukan, suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, mahkamah boleh memerintahkan supaya vesel, kenderaan, barang atau benda itu dilucut hak walaupun tiada seorang pun telah didapati bersalah melakukan kesalahan itu.
