Fisheries Act 1985 s 36
Without prejudice to the definition of “authorized officer” in section 2, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, appoint such other person or class of persons as he may consider necessary to be an authorized officer or authorized officers for the purposes of this Act.
Menteri boleh melantik orang lain menjadi pegawai diberi kuasa
Tanpa menyentuh takrif “pegawai diberi kuasa” dalam seksyen 2, Menteri boleh, melalui perintah dalam Warta, melantik mana-mana orang atau golongan orang lain yang difikirkannya perlu menjadi pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta ini.
