Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by inserting immediately after the words "such approval" at the end of the proviso thereto, the words "or, where such approval is conditional, the date when the condition or last of the conditions is satisfied".
Pindaan seksyen 5
Seksyen 5 Akta ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan sebaik selepas perkataan “kelulusan tersebut” di hujung proviso kepadanya perkataan “atau, jika kelulusan tersebut adalah bersyarat, tarikh syarat atau kesemuanya syarat itu dilaksanakan”.
