s 55 Proportional examination of articles seized to be accepted
(1) Where packages or receptacles containing copies suspected to be infringing copies or otherwise liable to seizure have been seized, it shall be sufficient only to open and examine one per centum or any five copies, whichever is the lesser, of the contents of each package or receptacle seized.
(2) The court shall presume that the remaining copies contained in the package or receptacle are of the same nature as those copies examined.

Pemeriksaan berkadar artikel telah disita diterima
(1) Jika bungkusan atau bekas mengandungi salinan yang disyaki adalah salinan langgaran atau selainnya boleh kena disita telah disita, maka adalah mencukupi untuk membuka dan memeriksa hanya satu peratus atau mana-mana lima salinan, yang mana lebih kurang, kandungan tiap-tiap bungkusan atau bekas yang disita itu.
(2) Mahkamah hendaklah menganggap bahawa salinan yang selebihnya dalam bungkusan atau bekas itu adalah dari jenis yang sama dengan salinan yang telah diperiksa.
