Fire Services Act 1988 s 39
Any person who discloses, otherwise than in the performance of his duty or for the purpose of any legal proceedings, including an arbitration, or for the purpose of a report at any such proceedings, any information obtained by him in relation to any manufacturing process or any trade, in the course of exercising powers conferred upon him by this section shall be guilty of an offence.
Sekatan ke atas penzahiran maklumat
Mana-mana orang yang menzahirkan, selain melaksanakan tugasnya atau bagi maksud apa-apa prosiding undang-undang, termasuk timbang tara, atau bagi maksud sesuatu laporan di mana-mana prosiding itu, apa-apa maklumat yang diperolehnya berhubung dengan apa-apa proses pengilangan atau apa-apa tred, semasa menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan.
