Fire Services Act 1988 s 60
The provisions of this Act shall apply, subject to such modifications as may be prescribed, to— (a) vessels remaining moored or on dry land for such periods or in such circumstances as may be prescribed; and (b) tents and other movable structures.
Kuasa untuk memakai Akta bagi vesel dan struktur boleh alih
Peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai, tertakluk pada apa-apa ubah suaian sebagaimana yang ditetapkan, bagi— (a) vesel yang berada di tambatan atau di daratan bagi apa-apa tempoh atau dalam apa-apa hal keadaan yang ditetapkan; dan (b) khemah dan struktur boleh alih lain.
