If any coin the circulation of which in Malaysia is prohibited by any order made under this Act is found within Malaysia otherwise than in the possession of a banker or money-changer after the expiration of thirty days from the publication of such order it may be forfeited, and it may be seized without warrant by any police officer and detained pending the declaration of a First Class Magistrate as to its forfeiture.
Perampasan syiling larangan
Jika mana-mana syiling yang pengedarannya dalam Malaysia dilarang melalui mana-mana perintah yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini adalah dijumpai di dalam Malaysia selain dalam milikan jurubank atau penukar wang selepas habis tempoh tiga puluh hari dari penyiaran perintah itu, maka syiling itu boleh dirampas, dan ia boleh disita tanpa waran oleh mana-mana pegawai polis dan ditahan sementara menanti pengisytiharan seorang Majistret Kelas Pertama mengenai perampasan syiling itu.
