Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority Act 1990 s 13

s 13 Liability of Joint Authority not the responsibility of Governments

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as creating any responsibility whatsoever for the Government of Malaysia or the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand in respect of any liability of the Joint Authority.

Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh ditafsirkan sebagai mewujudkan apa-apa jua pun tanggungjawab bagi Kerajaan Malaysia atau Kerajaan Thailand berkenaan dengan apa-apa liabiliti Pihak Berkuasa Bersama.
