Memulakan apa-apa prosiding di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis lain terhadap Kerajaan atau Ketua Pengarah tidak melepaskan mana-mana orang daripada tanggungan untuk membayar apa-apa cukai, hutang atau jumlah lain di bawah Bahagian ini.
