s 19

The Minister may give to the Director-General directions of a general character (not inconsistent with this Act) as to the performance of the functions of the Director- General under this Act; and the Director-General shall give effect to any direction so given.

Kuasa Menteri untuk memberi arahan

Menteri boleh memberi arahan bersifat am (yang tidak berlawanan dengan Akta ini) kepada Ketua Pengarah berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi Ketua Pengarah di bawah Akta ini; dan Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menguatkuasakan apa-apa arahan yang diberikan sedemikian.
