Apa-apa dokumen, selain suatu notis taksiran yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 6 atau notis tuntutan yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 13, yang dikehendaki untuk disampaikan kepada suatu entiti Labuan bagi maksud Akta ini, hendaklah disifatkan telah disampaikan dengan sepatutnya kepada entiti Labuan itu dengan meninggalkannya di, atau menghantarnya dengan pos kepada, pejabat berdaftar entiti Labuan itu.
