s 2A Penetapan aktiviti perniagaan Labuan

(1) Menteri boleh, dengan syor Ketua Pengarah, secara bertulis, menetapkan apa-apa aktiviti yang dijalankan oleh mana-mana entiti Labuan sebagai suatu aktiviti perniagaan Labuan. (2) (Dipotong oleh Akta 812).
