Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 s 14
For the purposes of this Part “dependant” means such member of the worker’s family, namely, spouse, father, mother, and children under the age of eighteen, including children adopted in accordance with any written law, who are living with and dependent on the worker.
Takrif tanggungan
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, “tanggungan” ertinya mana-mana anggota keluarga pekerja, iaitu, suami atau isteri, bapa, ibu, dan anak-anak di bawah umur lapan belas tahun, termasuklah anakanak yang diambil sebagai anak angkat mengikut mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, yang tinggal bersama-sama dengan dan bergantung kepada pekerja itu.
