s 22 Power of Medical Officer of Health to order immunization against infectious disease
The Medical Officer of Health may at any time if it appears to him necessary for the health of the workers employed on any estate, by order in writing to the employer or resident manager, direct that such employer or resident manager at his own expense make arrangements so that all or any of the workers and their dependants be given immunization against any infectious disease.

Kuasa Pegawai Perubatan Kesihatan untuk memerintahkan imunisasi terhadap penyakit berjangkit
Pegawai Perubatan Kesihatan boleh, pada bila-bila masa jika didapatinya perlu bagi kesihatan pekerja yang diambil kerja di mana-mana estet melalui perintah bertulis kepada majikan atau pengurus residen, mengarahkan majikan atau pengurus residen itu membuat perkiraan atas perbelanjaannya sendiri supaya kesemua atau mana-mana pekerja dan tanggungan mereka diberi imunisasi terhadap apa-apa penyakit berjangkit.
