Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 s 24
In all proceedings under this Part the onus of proving that he is not the employer or resident manager or the person whose duty it is under the provisions of this Part to do or to abstain from doing anything shall be on the person who alleges that he is not the employer, resident manager or other person, as the case may be.
Beban pembuktian
Dalam semua prosiding di bawah Bahagian ini, beban membuktikan bahawa dia bukan majikan atau pengurus residen atau orang yang menjadi kewajipannya di bawah peruntukan Bahagian ini untuk melakukan atau menahan diri daripada melakukan apa-apa perkara hendaklah terletak pada orang yang mengatakan bahawa dia bukan majikan, pengurus residen atau orang lain itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
