Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 s 31
Any employer who fails to comply with any order made under section 5, 8, 12, 15 or 19 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit and to a further fine of one hundred ringgit a day for each day during which the offence continues.
Kegagalan mematuhi perintah di bawah seksyen 5, 8, 12, 15 atau 19
Mana-mana majikan yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 5, 8, 12, 15, atau 19 melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit dan didenda selanjutnya sebanyak satu ribu ringgit sehari bagi setiap hari kesalahan itu berterusan.
