Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 s 32
Any resident manager who fails to comply with section 20 or with any requirement of the Medical Officer of Health under section 21 commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit and to a further fine of one hundred ringgit a day for each day during which the offence continues.
Kegagalan mematuhi seksyen 20 atau 21
Mana-mana pengurus residen yang tidak mematuhi seksyen 20 atau mana-mana kehendak Pegawai Perubatan Kesihatan di bawah seksyen 21 melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit dan didenda selanjutnya sebanyak satu ribu ringgit sehari bagi setiap hari kesalahan itu berterusan.
