Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 s 19
A person who contravenes the provisions of section 15, 16, 17 or 18 shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
Penalti bagi suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 15, 16, 17, 18, 18A atau 18B
Seseorang yang melanggar peruntukan seksyen 15, 16, 17, 18, 18A atau 18B adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan, apabila disabitkan, boleh didenda tidak melebihi *lima ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
