s 3 The Corporation
There shall be a Corporation incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 under the name “Amanah Raya Berhad”. *NOTE—“Corporation” was formerly knows as “Official Administrator”—see sections 3 and subsection 43(3) of this Act.
