Evidence Act 1950 s 100
Nothing in sections 91 to 99 shall affect the construction of wills, but in the States of Malacca, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak or any of them they shall, subject to any written law, be construed according to the rules of construction which would be applicable thereto if they were being construed in a Court of Justice in England.
Pentafsiran wasiat
Tiada apa-apa jua dalam seksyen 91 hingga 99 boleh menyentuh pentafsiran wasiat, tetapi di Negeri Melaka, Pulau Pinang, Sabah dan Sarawak atau mana-mana daripadanya, seksyen itu hendaklah, tertakluk kepada mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, ditafsirkan mengikut rukun pentafsiran yang akan terpakai baginya jika wasiat itu ditafsirkan dalam Mahkamah Keadilan di England.
