Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 30

s 30 Minor defendant attaining majority

Where a minor defendant attains majority during the pendency of any proceedings, either he or his guardian ad litem may file an affidavit in proof of such majority and thereupon the title of the proceedings shall be amended, and the guardian ad litem shall be discharged, subject to any questions of costs occasioned by his negligence or misconduct.

Defendan belum dewasa mencapai umur dewasa

Jika seseorang defendan belum dewasa mencapai umur dewasa semasa prosiding belum selesai, sama ada dia atau penjaga ad litemnya boleh memfailkan afidavit bagi membuktikan kedewasaan itu dan sesudah itu tajuk prosiding itu hendaklah dipinda, dan penjaga ad litem itu hendaklah dilepaskan, tertakluk pada apa-apa soal mengenai kos yang disebabkan oleh kecuaian atau salah laku penjaga itu.
