s 59 Service of summons
(1) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the summons referred to in section 58 shall be served personally at least seven days before the day of appearance. (2) An interpleader summons shall be in one of the forms in Form MS 14.

Penyampaian saman
(1) Melainkan jika diperintahkan selainnya oleh Mahkamah, saman yang disebut dalam seksyen 58 hendaklah disampaikan ke diri sekurang-kurangnya tujuh hari sebelum hari kehadiran. (2) Saman interplider hendaklah dalam salah satu bentuk dalam Borang MS 14.
