Subject to the provisions of this Act, it shall be an infringement of a right holder’s right in a protected layout-design for any person to do or cause any other person to do any of the acts referred to in section 9 without the consent of the right holder.
Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini, adalah menjadi suatu pelanggaran hak seseorang pemegang hak mengenai sesuatu reka bentuk susun atur terlindung jika mana-mana orang melakukan atau menyebabkan mana-mana orang lain melakukan mana-mana perbuatan yang disebut dalam seksyen 9 tanpa persetujuan pemegang hak itu.
