s 9 Rights of right holder
The right holder of a protected layout-design shall have the following rights:
(a) the right to reproduce, and to authorize the reproduction of, all or a substantial part of his protected layout-design, whether by incorporation into an integrated circuit or otherwise; and
(b) the right to commercially exploit, and to authorize the commercial exploitation of, his protected layout-design, an integrated circuit in which the protected layout-design is incorporated or an article that contains an integrated circuit in which the protected layout-design is incorporated.

Hak pemegang hak
Pemegang hak sesuatu reka bentuk susun atur terlindung hendaklah mempunyai hak yang berikut:
(a) hak untuk menghasilkan semula, dan untuk memberi kuasa penghasilan semula, keseluruhan atau suatu bahagian substansial reka bentuk susun atur terlindungnya, sama ada dengan penggabungan ke dalam litar bersepadu atau selainnya; dan
(b) hak untuk mengeksploitasikan secara perdagangan, dan untuk memberi kuasa pengeksploitasian secara perdagangan, reka bentuk susun atur terlindungnya, litar bersepadu yang dalamnya digabungkan reka bentuk susun atur terlindung itu atau barang yang mengandungi litar bersepadu yang dalamnya digabungkan reka bentuk susun atur terlindung itu.
