s 35 Power of enforcement
(1) An Assistant Controller or a police officer not below the rank of Inspector may exercise all the powers of enforcement under this Act.
(2) Every Assistant Controller or police officer, when acting against any person under this Act, shall declare his office and shall on demand produce to the person against whom he is acting such authority card as the Controller may direct to be carried by such Assistant Controller or as the Inspector General of Police may direct to be carried by such police officer.

Kuasa penguatkuasaan
(1) Seseorang Penolong Pengawal atau pegawai polis yang pangkatnya tidak rendah daripada Inspektor boleh menjalankan semua kuasa penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Tiap-tiap Penolong Pengawal atau pegawai polis, apabila bertindak terhadap mana-mana orang di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah menyatakan jawatannya dan hendaklah apabila diminta mengemukakan kepada orang yang terhadapnya dia bertindak itu apa-apa kad kuasa sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Pengawal supaya dibawa oleh Penolong Pengawal itu atau sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Ketua Polis Negara supaya dibawa oleh pegawai polis itu.
