Perbadanan Labuan Act 2001 s 37
The persons who immediately before the appointed day were employed as officers and servants of the dissolved Lembaga or the dissolved Council shall become officers and servants of the Perbadanan under this Act as if those persons had been appointed under subsection 11(1) of this Act on the same terms and conditions as applied to those persons immediately before the appointed day.
Penerusan pegawai dan pekhidmat
Orang yang sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan telah bekerja sebagai pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga yang dibubarkan atau Majlis yang dibubarkan hendaklah menjadi pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan di bawah Akta ini seolah-olah orang itu telah dilantik di bawah subseksyen 11(1) Akta ini atas terma dan syarat yang sama seperti yang terpakai bagi orang itu sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan.
