Mental Health Act 2001 s 72
If it appears to the Court that the incapability of a mentally disordered person to manage himself and his affairs is temporary in nature, and that it is expedient to make temporary provision for his maintenance or the maintenance of his family, the Court may, in like manner as under section 71, direct that his property or a sufficient part of the property be applied for that purpose.
Peruntukan sementara untuk nafkah
Jika Mahkamah mendapati bahawa ketakupayaan mental seseorang yang bercelaru mental untuk menguruskan dirinya dan hal ehwalnya adalah bersifat sementara sahaja, dan bahawa adalah suai manfaat untuk membuat suatu peruntukan sementara bagi nafkahnya atau nafkah keluarganya, Mahkamah boleh, mengikut cara yang serupa seperti di bawah seksyen 71, mengarahkan bahawa hartanya atau sebahagian yang mencukupi daripada hartanya digunakan untuk maksud itu.
