s 32 Registration of foreign forfeiture order
(1) The Attorney General or a person authorized by him may apply to the High Court for the registration of a foreign forfeiture order.
(2) The High Court may, on an application referred to in subsection
(1), register the foreign forfeiture order if it is satisfiedβ
(a) that the order is in force and not subject to further appeal in the prescribed foreign State;
(b) where a person affected by the order did not appear in the proceedings in the prescribed foreign State, that the person had received notice of such proceedings in sufficient time to enable him to defend those proceedings; and
(c) that enforcing the order in Malaysia would not be contrary to the interests of justice.
(3) For the purpose of subsection (2), the High Court shall take into consideration a certificate referred to in section 34 if tendered.
(4) The High Court shall revoke the registration of a foreign forfeiture order if it appears to the High Court that the order has been satisfied by payment of the amount due under it or by the person against whom it was made serving imprisonment in default of payment or by other means.
(5) Where an amount of money, if any, payable or remaining to be paid under a foreign forfeiture order registered in the High Court under this section is expressed in a currency other than that of Malaysia, the amount shall, for the purpose of any action taken in relation to that order, be converted into the currency of Malaysia on the basis of the Bankβs exchange rate prevailing on the date of registration of the order.
(6) For the purposes of subsection (5), a certificate issued by the Bank and stating the exchange rate prevailing on a specified date shall be admissible in any judicial proceedings as evidence of the facts so stated.
(7) In this section, βappealβ includesβ
(a) any proceedings by way of discharging or setting aside a judgment; and
(b) an application for a new trial or a stay of execution.

(1) Peguam Negara atau orang yang diberi kuasa olehnya boleh memohon kepada Mahkamah Tinggi bagi pendaftaran suatu perintah pelucuthakan asing.
(2) Mahkamah Tinggi boleh, atas permohonan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1), mendaftarkan perintah pelucuthakan asing itu jika Mahkamah Tinggi berpuas hati-
(a) bahawa perintah itu sedang berkuat kuasa dan tidak tertakluk kepada rayuan selanjutnya di Negara asing yang ditetapkan itu;
(b) jika orang yang terjejas oleh perintah itu tidak hadir . dalam prosiding di Negara asing yang ditetapkan itu, bahawa orang itu telah menerima notis tentang prosiding itu dalam masa yang mencukupi bagi membolehkan orang itu membuat pembelaan dalam prosiding itu; dan
(c) bahawa penguatkuasaan perintah itu di Malaysia tidak bercanggah dengan kepentingan keadilan.
(3) Bagi maksud subseksyen (2), Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah mengambil kira perakuan yang disebut dalam seksyen 34 jika dikemukakan.
(4) Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah membatalkan pendaftaran sesuatu perintah pelucuthakan asing jika didapati oleh Mahkamah Tinggi bahawa perintah itu telah ditunaikan dengan pembayaran amaun yang kena dibayar di bawahnya atau dengan orang yang terhadapnya perintah itu dibuat menjalani hukuman pemenjaraan kerana ingkar membayar atau dengan cara lain.
(5) Jika suatu amaun wang, jika ada, yang kena dibayar atau yang masΔ±h belum dΔ±bayar dΔ± bawah suatu perΔ±ntah pelucuthakan asing yang telah didaftarkan di Mahkamah Tinggi di bawah seksyen ini dinyatakan dalam mata wang selain mata wang Malaysia, amaun itu hendaklah, bagi maksud apa-apa tindakan yang diambil berhubung dengan perintah itu, ditukarkan kepada mata wang Malaysia berdasarkan kadar pertukaran semasa Bank pada tarikh perintah itu didaftarkan.
(6) Bagi maksud subseksyen (5), sesuatu perakuan yang sekolsa pad slatu tarikh derentΔ± hemdayata diterimadapamu manamana prosiding kehakiman sebagai keterangan mengenai fakta yang dinyatakan itu.
(7) Dalam seksyen ini, "rayuan" termasuklah-
(a) apa-apa prosiding sebagai melepaskan atau mengetepikan sesuatu penghakiman; dan
(b) sesuatu permohonan bagi perbicaraan baru atau penggantungan pelaksanaan. Bukti perintah, dsb. Negara asing yang ditetapkan
