s 33 Proof of orders, etc., of prescribed foreign State
(1) For the purposes of sections 31 and 32 and the regulations made pursuant to section 44—
(a) any order made or judgment given by a court of a prescribed foreign State purporting to bear the seal of that court or to be signed by any person in his capacity as a judge, magistrate or officer of the court, shall be deemed without further proof to have been duly sealed or to have been signed by that person, as the case may be; and
(b) a document, duly authenticated, that purports to be a copy of any order made or judgment given by a court of a prescribed foreign State shall be deemed without further proof to be a true copy.
(2) A document is duly authenticated for the purpose of paragraph
(1)(b) if it purports to be certified by any person in his capacity as a judge, magistrate or officer of the court in question or by or on behalf of the appropriate authority of that prescribed foreign State.

(1) Bagi maksud seksyen 31 dan 32 dan peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat menurut seksyen 44-
(a) apa-apa perintah yang dibuat atau penghakiman yang diberikan oleh sesuatu mahkamah Negara asing yang ditetapkan yang berupa sebagai mengandungi meteraı mahkamah itu atau ditandatangani oleh mana-mana orang atas sitatnya sebagai seorang hakım, majistret atau pegawai mahkamah, hendaklah disifatkan tanpa buktı lanjut sebagaı telah dimeteraikan dengan sewajarnya atau telah ditandatangani oleh orang itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan; dan
(b) sesuatu dokumen, yang telah disahkan dengan sewajarnya, yang berupa sebagai salınan apa-apa perintah yang dibuat atau penghakiman yang diberikan oleh suatu mahkamah Negara asing yang ditetapkan hendaklah disifatkan tanpa bukti lanjut sebagai salinan yang benar.
(2) Sesuatu dokumen adalah disahkan dengan sewajarnya bagi maksud perenggan (1)(b) jika dokumen itu berupa sebagai telah diperakui oleh mana-mana orang atas sifatnya sebagai seorang hakim, majistret atau pegawai mahkamah yang berkenaan atau oleh atau bagi pihak pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan Negara asing yang ditetapkan itu.
