National Heritage Act 2005 s 1

s 1 Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the National Heritage Act 2005. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette; and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of this Act to different parts of Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Warisan Kebangsaan 2005. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta; dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini bagi bahagian yang berlainan dalam Malaysia.
