National Heritage Act 2005 s 113

s 113 Offences in respect of heritage object

Any person who destroys, damages, disfigures, disposes or alters a tangible cultural heritage, without a permit issued by the Commissioner commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to both.

Kesalahan berkenaan dengan objek warisan

Mana-mana orang yang memusnahkan, merosakkan, mencacatkan, melupuskan atau mengubah sesuatu warisan kebudayaan ketara, tanpa suatu permit yang dikeluarkan oleh Pesuruhjaya melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau kedua-duanya.
