National Heritage Act 2005 s 29
Where a notice of objection to the designation of the site is served in accordance with section 28 the Commissioner shall set a date, time and place for the hearing of the objection and shall, at least twenty one days before the date of the hearing serve a notice of hearing in the form and manner as prescribed by the Commissioner, upon the objecting party and the owner of the site.
Pendengaran
Jika notis bantahan penetapan tapak itu disampaikan mengikut seksyen 28 Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menetapkan tarikh, masa dan tempat untuk mendengar bantahan itu dan hendaklah, sekurangkurangnya dua puluh satu hari sebelum tarikh pendengaran menyampaikan notis pendengaran mengikut bentuk dan cara sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Pesuruhjaya, kepada pihak yang membantah dan pemunya tapak.
