s 30 Consent of the State Authority
Where the site is situated in a State, the Commissioner shall obtain the consent of the State Authority of that State before any designation is made.

Jika sesuatu tapak terletak di dalam suatu Negeri, Pesuruhjaya hendaklah memperoleh keizinan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri itu sebelum apa-apa penetapan dibuat.
