s 35 Works permitted during an Interim Protection Order
(1) Any person affected by the Interim Protection Order may apply to the Commissioner to carry out any work or activities on the site.
(2) Upon receipt of an application the Commissioner may approve any reasonable work or activities on the site provided that the proposed work or activities do not reduce or affect the cultural heritage significance of the site.
(3) An approval under subsection (2) may be subject to such conditions as the Commissioner may impose.
(4) Any person who fails to comply with conditions imposed under subsection (2) commits an offence.

Kerja-kerja yang dibenarkan semasa Perintah Perlindungan Interim
(1) Mana-mana orang yang terjejas oleh Perintah Perlindungan Interim boleh memohon kepada Pesuruhjaya untuk menjalankan apa-apa kerja atau aktiviti di atas tapak itu.
(2) Apabila permohonan diterima Pesuruhjaya boleh meluluskan apa-apa kerja atau aktiviti yang munasabah di atas tapak itu dengan syarat bahawa kerja atau aktiviti yang dicadangkan itu tidak mengurangkan atau menjejaskan warisan kebudayaan yang penting bagi tapak itu.
(3) Suatu kelulusan di bawah subseksyen (2) boleh tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang dikenakan oleh Pesuruhjaya.
(4) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana syarat yang dikenakan di bawah subseksyen (2) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
