National Heritage Act 2005 s 36
An owner of a heritage site who enters into an agreement of sale of the whole or any part of the heritage site, shall notify the Commissioner in writing in the prescribed form of the information about the existence of that agreement within twenty-eight days of the date of the agreement.

Seorang pemunya tapak warisan yang membuat perjanjian penjualan keseluruhan atau mana-mana bahagian tapak warisan, hendaklah memberitahu Pesuruhjaya secara bertulis mengikut bentuk yang ditetapkan maklumat tentang kewujudan perjanjian itu dalam masa dua puluh lapan hari dari tarikh perjanjian itu.
