s 37 Change of owner of a heritage site
(1) Any person who purchases or acquires any heritage site shall within twenty-eight days of the date of the completion of the purchase or acquisition, notify the Commissioner in writing of—
(a) that person’s name and address; and
(b) whether the person intends to occupy the site.
(2) A person who has notified the Commissioner of information under subsection (1) shall, within twenty-eight days of any change to the information provided, notify the Commissioner in writing of the change.

Pertukaran pemunya tapak warisan
(1) Mana-mana orang yang membeli atau memperoleh apa-apa tapak warisan hendaklah dalam masa dua puluh lapan hari dari tarikh penyempurnaan pembelian atau pemerolehan itu, memberitahu Pesuruhjaya secara bertulis tentang—
(a) nama dan alamat orang itu; dan
(b) sama ada orang itu berniat untuk menduduki tapak itu.
(2) Seseorang yang telah memberitahu Pesuruhjaya maklumat di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah, dalam masa dua puluh lapan hari dari apa-apa perubahan maklumat yang diberikan itu, memberitahu Pesuruhjaya secara bertulis tentang perubahan itu.
